Our Pet Policy

We welcome most pets with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Certain breeds may be restricted, while the weight limit is no more than 75 pounds. Pets require a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. For each pet there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee. An additional $150 applies for the 2nd pet. Please contact property for more details and pricing.

Summit Ridge Pet of the Month

Hello.  My name is Rori and I belong to Cyndy R.  You may have seen me around the grounds.  I love to play out on the grass and roll around.  I love to give kisses.  I am happy to announce that I just completed Doggie Manners class and received my certificate for good behavior.  My favorite toy is my Kong.  Especially when Cyndy puts peanut butter inside with some doggie kibbles.  Next time you see me on my walk, please come and introduce yourself to Cyndy and myself.
